speed below normal service levels

I usually get around 60Mbps... it's currently at 28Mbps... is anyone else seeing this?  I can't see any problems on Plusnet's service status page.

Sorry to hear you're having issues.

Our tests aren't showing any obvious causes and there's no capacity issues reported.

Is this over a wired or wireless connection?
