just done a speed test and download is 23 instead of 36

upload speed is 5 which is normal

I'm sorry to hear that your speeds have dropped.

We've tried to test your line today however it appears your router's turned off or you may now have a no connection fault.

If the routers turned on please report a fault by going here and then post back once you've done so

This will allow us to ger that picked up straight away for you

thanks for the reply

my internet went off yesterday and openreach were out at dinner time

turns out it was fibre router that stopped and they managed to sort it

just tested speed and it back up 34

any chance of getting a new router with dual speed wifi

got new router this morning quick delivery

now up and running

also got an email saying the router is winging its way

date of despatch 25th January 2020
