slow fibre speeds

done test this morn at 7.45

so must have something bugging me at night as websites take awhile to load aswell

even this morn sites not loading fast but a lot faster than last night

I've had trouble over the last couple of nights. Noticed youtube buffering with blocky picture although Blu-ray player is connected by Ethernet. After videos not loading last night I rebooted router etc.
Speed test reported 34 mbps on Ethernet media player and 32mbps on 2.5Ghz WiFi mobile.

However this morning media player is down to 2.6mbps with 471ms latency, quiet phone line test was ok.

either line test not right or i have problem

now have new filter at master socket but so far not a lot of difference

web pages taking their time at loading as well

some speed test are ok and some are rubbish at different times of the day

might be an intermittent fault ?

Sorry to hear the problems are continuing.

Our tests aren't showing any issues still and from your speed tests your speed is on target.

Are your devices connected to the router over WiFi or using an ethernet cable?

normally use ethernet cable for speed tests not that it makes much difference as get the same speed over WiFi.

have updated the firmware on the router aswell as putting new filter in master socket

to day the speeds seam more stable

When your speed is particularly slow, can you run a BT speedtest at http://www.speedtest.btwholesale.com, completing the further diagnostics at the end? This will store the result on the supplier system and will help us in reporting a fault.
