anyone having slower speeds this afternoon?
mine has gone from 38 a couple of weeks ago to 32 and today :-

My speeds tend to alter within that range, not really a problem for me.
I suspect the time of day along with various other factors cause this.
More important for me is a stable connection with no drop outs rather than changes in speed.
If it dropped much below 30 then of course I would be concerned

I would be happy to get close to 30 so far since joining on Unlimited Fibre the fastest I have had is 18.2 with the slowest 5.7, wish I had never left BT.......

What is your phone like? Is it quiet if you dial 17070 option 2?
It looks like DLM has reduced your speeds, possibly due to a noisy line.

just done quiet line using an old phone
would not say it was quiet sounds a bit fussy

phoned them this morn and something wrong and they said it could be the filter in the master socket which bt installed when i went over to fibre a few years ago .
so ordered a new one
might get it this week hopefully

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing speed problems
Testing your line is showing your router in sync at 35mbps. Whilst it is banded at that:
Profile Name | 0.128M-35M Downstream, Interleaving Low - 0.128M-10M Upstream, Error Protection Off |
as the speed is within your estimates there isn't much we can do to further investigate.
If your speeds drop below the estimates I'd raise a fault to us at http://faults.plus.net
