slow fibre speeds

-not using wifi

-bt speedtest  attached

video guide followed.

basically my connection has dropped from what used to connect at roughly 55Mb to 40 Mb or less and download speeds have dropped from 6.8 MB/s to 5.1MB/s this has only happened in the past week at most as i have seen speeds at max while downloading steam games in the short time before this.

As you are getting well below the estimates in the BT wholesale line checker, you should raise a fault with Plusnet.
Perhaps @Gandalf or one of the other Plusnet staff could take a look at this for you.
