slow fiber after phone reconnection of 11 days off

Slow fiber 5 mb.  Used to get 35mb.  My line needs resetting after fault with line that lasted 11 days. Please reset my line as should have done. Thank u.

We're unable to reset your line as line management for fibre connections is entirely automated.
With that in mind speeds should improve gradually over the next 72 hours, do shout if if they don't for some reason.
