slow connection, both wired & wireless since 2pm Wednesday - help?

Our connection has been rock solid for months until this afternoon, from around 2pm.

 

I'm not seeing any disconnects at the PPOE level, so i'm assuming its downstream somewhere in Plusnet land.

 

What info do I need to supply for someone to take a look please?

I've been online and don't see anyway of doing any line tests.  I used to be able to do this when on BT?

 

Also, the live chat is currently closed.  Can my line be looked at?

 

Any help would be very much appreciated.
