since i upgraded

since i upgraded from 36 mb too 66 mb i get same speed probley be best put me back as i was thx

yes u marswelll put meback on the 36 mb  package i was on the £23.99 a month please

The same thing happened to me. Make sure that they give you at least 3 months free broadband as compensation for putting you onto a package which wasn't available. I'm not knocking Plusnet, I think that they provide an excellent service but occasionally, staff members do screw up. As we all do from time to time.
