signed up for higher end fibre but getting low results

hello everyone, I have joined plusnet today and my broadband speed test is around 25-28 mb

I was told when ordered I can get speeds at high end up to 76mb,

would this just be a temp problem with b/band just settling down or does it sound like a fault???

Are you testing over a wired or wireless connection?

wireless to laptop,tested on Ethernet and average same result

Have you run a BT speedtest (both parts of it)?

Our tests are showing what's known as a bridge tap which could be a internal issue.

Can you confirm the router is connected to the master phone socket?
