my router says it has been active for 2 days yet i loose connection VERY regular i cannot play my game at peak times as it times out constantly (real time strategy game..so it is effecting my progress) at same time as router logs session error. this has been an issue since i joined pn and i even bought new netgear router in hope of improving but connection times out constant as the way you communicate with router to (often not working) https://dbtpnhdm.bt. causes the router to think it is a DOS attack as it continues to com with this faulty address..so back to stock router supplied by pn it gives different name to error but same problem..i cannot watch netflix or stream unless i buffer as latency is also causing so much packet loss and sometimes i can't even watch sd when i should be able to view in hd especialy when no other network use is happening in household. got to say i regret changing and feel like i have been missold exactly the same way talk talk done when they started trading..and i will never go back to them..afaraid to say looking at internet about plusnet and even these forums i think i have been conned again

Moderator's note by Mike (Mav)
There is a list of words in the swear filter that are deemed unsuitable to be used in a family-friendly forum that are automatically censored as you post which is what happened in this case. Moderators will always leave a note if they do this manually.
If you feel there are any words which should not be in the swear filter feel free to use the Report to Moderator option where they will be reviewed.
