im starting to worry ive made a mistake swapping from my current provider, we place the order to swap on the 14th as soon as we paid the date has been put back a week, contacted customer service and was not offered a solution other than butting the phone connection back too!,, we have two accounts coming over and is this the service to expect?
@rosethornec Unfortunately in some cases the dates customers have requested aren't available for us to book, that has been the case in this instance. I'm sorry if you gained the impression that the 14th would be a set date, however any requested dates are subject to change for the reasons I've mentioned. I hope all goes to plan on the 21st and please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns. Adam
