I recently got a new hub 1 box and at first I thought it ws great, but now I'm very disappointed I hd line noise on my phones so I splashed out and paid 80 quid for new phones and its still the same so I must have a line fault
my speed is mid to late 30's or so it says but my macbookwont stay connected its a proper pain so I try to reconnect and it says no ip address and my iPhone and iPads are slower on wifi that they are on 4g slower on wifi when it lags I turn the wifi offend it flies so how can 4g be quicker than a suppose 38 lie speed that I'm supposed to be getting I've tried to phone plus net but can never get through I'm thinking of dropping my contract as I don't feel plus net is holding its endow the contract up
I hope I can get this resolved as its now getting very very annoying
atb

Hi there,
Re the noise on the line I've just been running tests which all pass fine, I would definitely try following the advice listed here as your next step: https://www.plus.net/help/phone/phone-line-troubleshooting/
As for wireless speeds being an issue, it would be a good idea if any of your devices have an ethernet port to try connecting to the router directly to see if speeds improve. That would help identify if it's just a WiFi issue, if that's the case the advice shown here should help: https://www.plus.net/help/broadband/getting-the-best-wifi-signal/
