[resolved] Fibre Extra speed fault

Good morning,
I was just wondering if someone could be of help, my connection speed is much lower than expected during a non peak time. My connection when installed would give me about 50 Mbps down and 19 Mbps up, however when a day passed the connection speed dropped quite signifigantly.
Now according to the plusnet line checker something is wrong,

I've even ran speed tests which confirm their is an issue:

And I checked my IP Profile, like told to:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BxlTQjnkUieAOEdKc2JiRUtmcFU/view?usp=drivesdk
These results were collected using my test port for the best accuracy. The results remain the same using another VDSL router with G.vectoring. My distance from the exchange is very minimal literally about 500 meters away. My line is clear when a phone is plugged into it.
I've also just executed these tests on two seperate computers using different ethernet leads, the results were not extremely different.
Has anyone got any clues as to what is wrong with my connection?
Thanks!

Re: Fibre Extra speed fault

For some reason the Plusnet profile is wrong - either use chat or phone to get it fixed
One possibility is that it has dropped back to the ADSL value
