Re: repeat dsl disconnects

Thanks for the update @soddit

I'm glad to hear things are looking better, let us know when you'd like a visual radius graph and we'll be happy to post it up here for you.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

Re: repeat dsl disconnects

Hi @soddit

Please find below the RADIUS graph for the last 30 days of your connection.

As you can see, there are a few drops over the last 24 hours before the connection settled down.

If these continue to occur, I'd probably be inclined to get us to take another look at this.

Best wishes,

Dave

Re: repeat dsl disconnects

Hi again

Things seem stable enough but I think we are still getting the odd drop off.

Its interesting that after the openreach guy visited, I was getting very good speeds but in the month since its crept down again. I sometimes wonder if its keep them happy then creep it down again, they wont notice.

Hi @soddit

Below is a copy of the results from your line. While everything looks fine with the line, I can see that it is currently banded to 32.4Mbps for some reason. I apologise for this, and I have got this raised with BT Wholesale to have this unbanded for you. This should be done within 2 working days, so please let us know if you are still having issues on Monday.

Re: repeat dsl disconnects

Ok Here are the stats from my connection showing the routers DSL rate and speedtest log.
I think we are still getting drop offs (according to my son, maybe his ethernet card), could I have a recent radius graph pleaseScreenshot (88).pngScreenshot (89).png

Re: repeat dsl disconnects

Hi @soddit

Below is your Radius log for the past week. We are only seeing a single drop yesterday, apart from that it was on for 8 days straight prior.
