rDNS Update

Can someone from the plusnet team update ticket 178619411 and change the rDNS for me? Its been open for over a week. 

I ordered static IP and would like the rDNS change, I don't know why you guys think its a good idea in the first place to use <username>.plus.com by default.

It should propagate over the next 24 hours.
