"Loss of signal" failures? - Issue ?

Hi,
I was wondering if a GEA test might reveal anything about why I'm suddenly seeing 'LOS Failures' on my fibre connection - 4 in the last 24 hours so far I believe.
I've only had fibre for a fairly short period and the connection started off being 66/14 with a considerable number of errors (e.g. ES & FECS) on both up & downstream.
Inexplicably the downstream errors simply stopped after approx. 3 weeks and since then after the SNR margin was dropped from 6dB to 3dB - presumably by DLM is now 70/14 - which isn't too bad at all - although the upstream is only just meeting the BT estimate for the line and the errors continue on that - see the attachment for details.
I'm just concerned over the signal loss and where it might be being caused - if it's my side I'll go through the wiring again but I believe it's pretty clean to start with (no extensions, etc, single filtered master socket). I was hoping the GEA test might reveal this?
Any suggestions gratefully received!
Ian

Whilst your upstream is marginally below your estimates [by 0.1mbps] I doubt we'd be able to raise a fault based on that. There have been a few drops in your connection over recent days though.
Let us know how your internal checks go.
