Afternoon all, just looking at a GEA report for my line and can see the phrase "Ingress Code Violation", which sounds as though a score of zero is good. However it's not so just wondering what it actually means and if it should be a concern.
Any thoughts most appreciated

They’re a form of errors and I’d say that you’re within acceptable tolerance. It’s rare you’ll find a line with no errors at all. Are you having connection issues?

I am. I know Openreach has been working on the cabinet that serves my house, and I have multiple traces that show ping times >3 seconds (not milli-seconds . . seconds). Problems persist
Just trying to get to the cause as I'd guess the hub is capable of typical home usage, but perhaps not 3 home workers . ..
