I recently had an engineer to fix a fault on my line. Now my router sync speed has been at full capacity (79999kbps) for a while now, but my "Current Line Speed" in my member portal has been sat at 69.6Mbps for a while now. This seems to be evident in my speed tests also.
Is it pssoble to have someone update my profile to match my actual sync rate?
