promised 64mbps only getting 17mbps

Was asked to come back to Plusnet with promises of great customer service and fast speeds.

Very disappointed on both areas !

Speed woefully slow less than a fifth of there minimum guaranteed speed of 64mbps 

& trying to get through to customer services what a joke.

Better improve very quickly or im off.

Strange, I've had brilliant customer service.

But I too have not go great speeds and not what was quoted on signup. But it seems to be down to the local infrastructure of BT/OR

Pretty sure you will get some proper attention. I reported a fault here, with stats, and they staff here actioned it right away

I just posted about the exact same thing and it appears that despite promises, Openreach cant actually deliver what was promised today - CHECK BACK in NOVEMBER!

 

Maybe you have the same problem - order complete minus the small matter of fibre actually being enabled
