plusnet safeguard - web site is down a lot?

Hello - am i doing someting wrong or is the safeguard site down quite a lot? I am finding I need to toggel youtube on and off to keep thekids off it.....right now it seems to be down again -

This seems to be a browser issue. I can only contact the page sometimes with Chrome but it works all the time with Safari - no idea why.
