plusnet ip profile different to bt

Hi, DLM kicked in this morning increasing my sync from 65000 to 72000+. BT IP profile is just shy of 70000 but plusnet profile is still 63000 can you fix?

That's been updated for you now.
Log into your router and disconnect then reconnect and you'll pick up the new profile.
