Hi not sure if this the right area for this post so sorry in advance can I get a free upgrade from the Technicolor router to the new plusnet hub zero

Afraid not they are for new customers only or i belive if you pay they will send you one but not for free, it's not worth it any way it's not any better than the router they use to send.
