plusnet Router keeps disconnecting from Internet

Hello Since last night, router works for a while, then goes orange, shows disconnected from Internet on management screen. After a gap 20 secs to 90 secs, connects again and goes back blue, Holds ok for 10 mins or so, then back round the cycle. Had to power it off to move it round the office before it started doing this - could be coincidence...hard to tell. Any advice?> Thank you!

When it disconnects try switching the power off, leave it a couple of minutes then switch it back on again. If it's previously booted up in a strange manner this may fix it.

If this fails try a factory reset by pushing in the hidden button found probably on the back with something like a paper clip. Hold the button for at least 20 seconds and then let it restart. Depending of which router you have you may need to re-enter your sign up details after a factory reset - it depends on whether you needed to do this when you first connected the router.

Thank you for the advice - but now, still disconnecting after re-powering and factory reset 😞
