Just signed up to Plusnet today. My phone number is currently with Virgin Media. When I switch over, will PlusNet automatically transfer my number from Virgin or will I get a new one?
It doesn't look like a landline number was provided for us to try and transfer, so as it currently stands it would be on a new number.
With this in mind, our orders won't notify Virgin media that your service is leaving them, so you would still need to contact them to arrange for your current service to be stopped.
