peer not responding

this started yesterday had 8 peer not responding in the morning and another 4 today
it is not affecting the speed 
not had this hapen before
anyone got an idea why it is doing this
noise magin has gone down

just done it again
it didn't matter when it did early morn but this is the second this afternoon

It looks like there has been a few drops recently

Testing isn't showing any issues but if it keeps occurring I'd recommend raising a fault using the link below.

speed still the same and noise still lower but thinkbroadband test a bit wierd

Your connection seems to have stabilised over the weekend, but the throughput speeds you recorded yesterday are lower than we'd expect to see.  I can see you've begun to raise the issue through to our faults team to investigate on Ticket: 102430477.  Please could you complete the questions on the fault checker so they can investigate for you.
