** I've had great connectivity since I purchased my fibre package back in 2015.
Recently, within the last month, I have been seeing considerable packet loss throughout the evening. The machine that is connected is via cat6 ethernet and there are no wifi connections on the hub.
During a recent storm the default plusnet fibre router burnt out and on advisory from a Plusnet technician I went ahead and bought a modem/router combo, Asus Nighthawk AC1900. I have had no issues with this kit and up until the middle of October it has been working fine.
I have a support ticket open since #137195184 - 01/11/2016. However no response has been made since then.
I am at work at the present moment, but when I get home I can attach diagnostic info.
