What issues would cause packet drops and jitter only on tcp but not udp/icmp?
I have been seeing this issue on numerous server's using ssh command line, then when diagnosing with tools I cannot repeat the issue on udp/icmp packets, only tcp.
The issue seemed to start when pro was cancelled on my account end of January, however apparently pro has always been off on my second plusnet account anyway so that would seem to be a coincidence only.
