I have a hub one which I can connect to the Internet with by using iPad and phone but my laptop does not unless I use the Ethernet cable, I can not find any mention of this steady orange light please can someone help

It sounds like WiFi might be switched off in the router settings.
Can you try a factory reset by pushing a paperclip into the reset hole at the back for 20 seconds?
