my openreach modem seems to be playing up i turned it off the other day and had a lot of trouble getting it to re connect to ADSL again after. how do i get a replacement? seeing as mine is one of the first BT gave out. i was told i would get a new one when my fibre was connected but openreach didn't turn up with one and so i had to use / borrow and old modem to get me online.
