odd results from new fibre (today) installation

Just had fibre installed this morning, getting some odd test results. Wireless off. New tp-link Archer c20i router being used.
Any thoughts would be good.
thanks.

Your service was found to be performing poorly.
Please raise a fault with your service provider, stating that the BT Performance Tester tool indicates poor service throughput performance after the third test.

Re: odd results from new fibre (today) installation

Was your speed previously around 3Mb/s down on ADSL?
If so, probably just waiting for the Plusnet Profile ('Current Line Speed' as shown in the member centre) to be updated to your new FTTC speeds

It was indeed. That was my first thought.
Thought i'd ask opinions before feeling any need to think fault.

Looks like the profile was updated on our side around 1pm, so hopefully everything carries on well for you here.
