not happy with my fiber

been getting aloty of disconects over the last few weeks and my speed has went from 74mb to 55mb and a tap3 test like this ?

Unhappy about the speed drop from 74mb to 55mb? Can you hear any crackling on the line? Also what router do you have?

Its a home hub 5. Also tryed the plusnet router and or modem.  No noise on the line just abit hard to hear people

You need to raise a fault and go through the faults process.
Is your phone line also with Plusnet?

Yeah phone line is with plusnet. Will do it when I get home from work
