not a happy bunny.........

Ordered Unlimited Fibre some time ago - my log on customer area confirmed my plan "Unlimted Fibre" but upon checking my speed (2.3mps) I thought I had better phone plusnet to see what was happening - duly informed that order had never been processed.............oh dear

I'm sorry to see automation did not place your fibre order on your upgrade from ADSL.


I see you've since been in touch and an order has been placed manually. We've since had confirmation of the activation date for your fibre service (Which I've just confirmed via your account for you) and this is expected to complete before your next billing date when the first charge for fibre broadband will be taken.
