no dial tone no internet

Hi,
Just wondering if you can give an update on what's happening; regarding my fault being rectified, please.
Ive had no internet since 13:30 on the 26th of May.
After calling your support.
It was discovered this was due to a phone line fault. As there was no dial tone.
The person I spoke with logged the fault.
The open fault says, Fault Type: NDT - FAULT - Dis In Network
Test Results: Fail - Fault located between DP and customer apparatus (no appointment required)
Fault Ref: TR0000004653124
Estimated Resolution Time: 28/05/15.
I've researched what this means. It looks like a wire between my house and either the cabinet or the exchange, has broken.
I know they have until today to sort it but I've had no updates or info since I spoke with the guy on the 26th.
Any info is appreciated.

Hi Becky, and welcome to the forum. I'm a bit surprised that one of the Plusnet CRT members hasn't responded to your post here. I hope your line and hence your Broadband is now up and running. You can sometimes check the progress of faults issues by looking at your Tickets (Questions) at the Member Centre. Use one of the links in my sig.
