new user red Internet light

Hello just joined on fibre. Previously with bt fibre. My modem has red light. Done the booklet, Web help pages, forums and as I'm not always at home before 8pm what now. Help! Need to do car insurance before midnight today!

It looks like the account wasn't activated on our end

This is what happened to me and I phoned up and plusnet changed something their end and it was green in seconds.

Odd thing is they mention lots in the book but not that.
