This last week has been a pain
Started last Monday when I got up the hb5 the light was red so switched it off for ten mins and back on still red light so went on computer to log into hb5 but it would not let me in so did a factory reset still no joy so switch it off left it awhile then took out all cables and put them back in,nothing.
Dug out the bt modem and plusnet router and everything worked.

Could not watch Click on iplayer, buffering and black screen but could watch film online via sky.
Went to buy new router ended up with asus dsl-n66u as they didn't have the 68 in.
took an age to set it up , now working.
Then on Tuesday BT were trying fix the phone a couple of doors away and snapped wire to mine, lucky I was in and online and caught them before they left.
