also i see there is a newer hub one firmware can u push this threw to the router please as im currently using

@iangilf, does your serial number end '283'? If so, would you be able to factory reset the device and let me know once this has been done? I'm having difficulty communicating with your device and reports that it was last online months ago.

Main differences are a wifi driver update to satisfy some EU regulation, and some DSL subsystem changes to improve stability.

Sorry to hear that.

From what I can see your connection has been stable since the engineer visit.

It may be worth monitoring this and let us know if the drops continue or become more frequent so we can arrange another engineer visit.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

hi again gandalf m8 can u request the line has a dlm reset now as the engineer suggests that u are able to do this for me as my line was in fault but seems to have been resolved for the time being so would u please raise this with the appropriate people

As always excuse after excuse from you and bt engineers drives me nuts you and bt make excuse up nit to do it when all it is is a request you are all as bad as one another plusnet and bt engineers all the same it's proved in other posts that dlm resets work well so why can't you just request it after the line fault is supposedly fixxed I know my line isn't banded but doesn't mean u can't request it it's cause you can't be bothered to request it it's rediculous fedup of this service u don't do anything we ask you to do u just make up excuses not to help or do it
