also i see there is a newer hub one firmware can u push this threw to the router please as im currently using

@iangilf, does your serial number end '283'? If so, would you be able to factory reset the device and let me know once this has been done? I'm having difficulty communicating with your device and reports that it was last online months ago.

From what I can see your connection has been stable since the engineer visit.
It may be worth monitoring this and let us know if the drops continue or become more frequent so we can arrange another engineer visit.

hi again gandalf m8 can u request the line has a dlm reset now as the engineer suggests that u are able to do this for me as my line was in fault but seems to have been resolved for the time being so would u please raise this with the appropriate people
