Up until a few minutes ago you may not have been able to connect to the internet, however your account is now active and should allow you to connect.
Having said this, from what you've said it doesn't sound like an actual broadband connection issue that you're referring to? Are any lights lit up on the router?

Have you not another router to plug in ? rather than wait for a replacement .
Or if not get a cheapie from PC world ?
samsung 850evo 250gig , WD black 2 TB . Asus Phoebus sound ,
16 gig Avexir ram 2400 , water cooling Corsair H100i gtx ,
Corsair 750HXI Psu , Phanteks Enthoo pro case .

Your broadband did activate today.

I did also advise the following:
We always have to advise 3-5 working days for delivery of our routers, however they are sent out via 1st class post and generally arrive sooner.
I do apologise the router doesn't appear to be working on a wireless connection, however further to replacing the device, I'm sorry to say there's nothing further I can do. If there was, I would have.
