Hi, I ordered a new plusnet phone line and fibre broadband package nearly 6 weeks ago. Only a few days ago received email that my phone activation date will be 5th April. I then also got a further email saying my fibre would only be live on 14th April at midnight but even this date could be set back.
My question is, will I get ADSL connection when my phone line gets activated while I wait for the fibre to go live? Or will I be without services until then? which could be weeks/months if the live date keeps getting put back like I've seen on many posts recently.
I'm already very unhappy being left without services but knowing I would at least be able to get some internet connection in a few days would make things a whole lot less stressful.

Plusnet may be able to provision you a temporary ADSL solution until your fibre connection is ready.
This is what happened with my case when Plusnet installed a new line to my property and I was on ADSL for a week or so

Oh that's great knowing they've done it before.
But Wouldn't you think providers would do it as standard ? It would certainly cut down the amount of posts from us frustrated customers with no services at all.
