Hi, hoping someone can help. Moved house on 6th July; engineer was arranged to sort out broadband that day. Unfortunately, engineer was booked in prior to us actually getting the keys for the new house, so had to cancel. Contacted phone support last night to rearrange engineer visit, but was advised we don't need it. Still have no internet. DSL light on modem does not light up at all when connected.
Looking at master phone socket, it's still connected via the Virgin media cable coming into the house.
Can anyone assist? Thanks.
Should also point out, have connected to test socket; still nothing.
