migrating from BT

i am about to join Plusnet from BT. I currently run a homehub 5, broadband extender 500 flex and a youview box, can i retain my current kit when i migrate or will i have to reset the router? Alternatively can i just substitute the plusnet router and retain the broadband extender and youview box without mods?

Re: migrating from BT

Yes - to either option - you will just need to change the username and password to use the HH5.

Re: migrating from BT

thanks- just to show my ignorance, what do i physically have to do to keep the HH5? will the username and pasword be supplied by Plusnet? does the HH5 have any advantages over the plusnet router?

Re: migrating from BT

If you have a look on the Router section, there are instructions on how to do it.

Assuming you are switching to Fibre, the PN router is based on the HH5, different colour, and no BT WiFi are the main differences.
