low speed on fibre

can anyone explain why although I have 20mbps speed on my fibre connection I have trouble watching movies, the films are out of sync and keep stalling, any help would be appreciated

Do you watch the films over wired or wireless connection? If it's wifi, can you try plugging a cable in and seeing if this helps to alleviate the issue.

I am on wired, I have a spare computer and getting the same thing, there is a possibility that there is a problem with the motherboards as they are getting a bit long in the tooth so I have a new base unit coming tomorrow, I will set that up and try again if it works then I will let you know, it may help other customers
