loss of connection / speed (particularly if 2 people browsing).

Hi folks, 

I recently upgrade to Unlimited Fibre at the start of June and since doing so I've noticed a few problems:

1) A previously sound wifi signal now drops and our devices lose connection 

2) If my wife and I are both on the internet just browsing - one of us on our phone and the other on the laptop - everything slows down for both us to the point where accessing a web page is virtually impossible owing to waiting times.

 

I assume neither of these should be the case. 

I've checked connections etc and rebooted the hub - no change. 

could someone please advise further.

Thank you. I am currently changing the channels from 11 and will try 1 & 6. 

Additionally though, my minimum guaranteed speed was listed as 30.9 when I took out my new contract. 

I ran a speed test last night at 10pm when the above problem was happening again and it said I was only getting 24. Can you look into this for me?
