line unstable?

I recently upgraded to fibre unlimited and experienced 3 disconnections yesterday.

The orange light on the hub came on for a few minutes and then everything back to normal. However this is very disruptive, when downloading/streaming or trying to play competitive online games such as Hearthstone.

Could my line be checked please?

We can see a disconnection was logged around the time you posted but we're not seeing any issues since then.
