line speed

could someone take a look at my line speed settings please gone from 54Mbs to 48Mbs now im getting 35-36Mbs.

I'm sorry to hear that your speed has dropped. Together with our network partners at Openreach we are prioritising customers who don’t have a phone line or broadband connection, meaning there might be a delay in speed faults being fixed. In the meantime, please raise your speed fault online at faults.plus.net.

could anyone give a rough idea of the delay in having speed faults fixed,speed is now down to 30-32Mps line has a min of 44Mps my average used to be 50-54Mps.I understand you have priority's thanks.
