Hi @staceyd86,
Thank you for getting back in touch. Your connection log is showing that the connection has been nice and stable:
However, testing your line indicates that your line is still syncing at 65.2mbps, which is slightly below the estimates for the line:

As the test still isn't picking up the cause of this from here and the line isn't banded, I'd recommend running through the troubleshooting checks and we can then arrange for this to be investigated further if these checks don't resolve the problem.
I'd recommend starting with basic checks here: http://goo.gl/p2tpvL If these checks don't resolve the problem, the next step would be to connect your router directly to the test socket, which is under the faceplate of your master socket and seeing if the connection stabilises This rules out internal wiring, face plates and extension sockets as being the cause. Please see the following guide for instructions on how to connect to the test socket. https://community.plus.net/t5/Library/Testing-From-The-Master-Socket/ba-p/1322242
Please let us know if the speed doesn't improve once you're connected to the test socket.

Hi @staceyd86,
The DLM may cause the speeds to improve if the connection remains stable consistently, though if the speeds don't improve it's always best to carry out the troubleshooting steps linked above, as they more often narrow down where faults may lie.
If the above tests are carried out and don't resolve the speed issues then please let us know and we'll pick this back up for further review as soon as possible.

Thanks for confirming. The next step is to raise a fault on your line. If you can do this here and let us know once you have.
I would say try not to reboot your router, as this will count as a drop and multiple in short periods might force DLM to cause speed and sync restrictions to remain in place.

Hi @staceyd86, thanks for getting back to us.
If you can let us know when you've had a chance to raise the fault at https://faults.plus.net we'll be able to progress it more quickly for you.
