keep getting dissconected

hi my fibre keeps getting dissconected also sometimes when i go to make a phone call i can hear someone elses phone conversation

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with your connection.

We've tested your line and your connection is fairly intermittent as shown below

Our line tests aren't showing any issues unfortunately so we'd need you to raise a fault here so we can investigate further

i sitched to a spare router i have and the connection apears stable i suspect the plusnet one may be faulty

Hi @benjebenje19, thank you for getting back to us. Checking the connection drops over the last few days shown on the graph below, we can see the drops looks to have come to a stop 2 days prior to the new router being put in.

We'd advise then to monitor the connection moving forwards and by all means if the issue looks to return please do let us know as we'll happily investigate further.
