issues with accessing websites

hiya theres been a ticket raised for this

im currently teatherd to my mobile because i cant access certain websites since i was cut off

because my card expired on the 1st i have paid this and now have been in contact with verious staff from plusnet

but no one seems to know what the issue is if i access youtube.com the site loads

if i access plus.com i get redirected to fail.bill.com with a splash screen...

i have had a new ip address assigned to my account and still cant access google.com without that splash screen comming up...

plusnet you have screwed my internet had no issues since the billing system restricted my access now i cant access no sites...

sort it out im paying £45 quid a month for your services and my google home minis wont connect or anything

it feels like im being restricted to certain sites

sort it out please... my kids are bugging me cos they cant access you there sites or play games..

i know it isnt my network because i had no issues before and i can ping sites

@tibs01, can I suggest that you clear the cookies / session data for plus.net in your browser then turn your modem off then back on after a few minutes.

Done that done an IP flush my Google home minis won't connect my son's computer won't connect can load YouTube few other sites nothing else

Oh well worth a try I guess. You'll just need to wait till someone from Plusnet picks this up.

@tibs01 - I've made some changes to your account form my side which should help. 

Can you reset your router and retry for me?

Right can access Google and not Hotmail see file attachments

Done all these If it was the router at fault I wouldn't be able to access google

I'm replying here as per my post on your other thread. 

I have checked your account and can see that there has been upload/download usage prior top my last post and there is a current connection to our servers. 

Can you confirm exactly what it is you are still unable to do - for example, what sites are not accessible?

Right more issues I can access more websites via hard wired but I'm still getting the WiFi sign in page redirecting me too the failed payment splash screen god u lot really screwed this up ain't ya...
