why don't you phone in after doing a BT speed test - further diagnostics to check the IP profile

Line speed on bt speed test says ip profile is 77.4mb. Will ring them in the morning

I'm having a few problems testing your line. I've therefore changed the profile from our side which should reflect in a moment.
