The account renewal only gives me the option of Unlimited Fibre and not Unlimited Fibre Extra

Upload Test
Upload speed achieved during the test was 7.47 Mbps
IP Profile for your line is 20 Mbps
So that's Extra - even though my current account doesn't think I'm on that and doesn't offer me it as an option.. which implies my download profile of 32.4 Mbps might be stuck

Going back a few years there was a package called 'Unlimited Fibre' that had 80/20 speeds.
Plusnet's naming convention can lead to some confusion 😀

It says Unlimited Fibre and only offers me Unlimited Fibre if I go to into the renewal process

@SteveA I'm in the same boat as you and have put in a complaint.
I've been on Fibre Extra for 11 months and limited to under 40 down and under 10 up.
Maybe my "Plusnet Hub One needs a Firmware update on software version 4.7.5.1.83.8.263 | as it was last updated 27/02/19!" which is 17 months ago.
Did you do a BT Wholesale advance test? This is mine wired to the hub and you can see the limits and the actual.

@Browni I've been on Unlimited Fibre Extra for 11 months and 8up 39 down is as good as it ever gets. One day things will improve

@Browni - my worry is that if I'm on extra then dropping to regular may well take my speed down. I used to get downloads of about 44-45 but its been dropping over the past 10 months or so but PN aren't interested.

@Browni - maybe from not where I am now, but not from where I was last August. It does seem crazy that a loss of 25% in download speed is seen as perfectly acceptable.
